Opt-in sky-events layer

Added a 'look up tonight' layer to Skylight, the radio-fed plane tracker that draws the real sky on your ceiling. It works out the next moon phases, eclipses, meteor-shower peaks and planet elongations for your location and nudges you when something is worth seeing, reusing the existing next-ISS-pass affordance. Shipped as an opt-in toggle, off by default, with a tested engine. Merged by the maintainer; builds on my issue #68.
